We are pleased to announce that our company has successfully completed the overhaul of two Rolls-Royce KRMB-9 diesel engines.
The overhaul scope included:

1. Dismantling and cleaning of cylinder heads, grinding of intake/exhaust valves, and hydraulic pressure testing

2. Renewal of piston rings, measurement and cleaning of piston grooves

3. Removal and cleaning of cylinder liners

4. Dismantling, inspection, and measurement of main bearings

5. Cleaning and measurement of connecting rods, renewal of bearing shells

6. Dismantling, measurement, and cleaning of thrust bearings

7. Removal, cleaning, and measurement of camshaft

8. Cleaning and measurement of crankshaft and crankcase

9. Removal, cleaning, and testing of fuel injection pumps

This successful project once again demonstrates our company’s strong expertise and extensive experience in the field of large diesel engine maintenance.
