Cylinder Overhaul Scope

1. Removed cooling water lines, fuel lines, and exhaust piping

2. Removed cylinder cover using special tool 

3. Hoisted piston to working platform 

4. Cleaned cylinder cover, piston, and intake/exhaust valves

5. Measured piston ring grooves, piston, and connecting rod

6. Renewed piston rings

7. Reassembled cylinder cover and fuel pipes according to standard torque procedure

8. Carried out test run confirming no abnormal sound or leakage

???? Stuffing Box Replacement

1. Disassembled casing

2. Renewed oil scraper ring

3. Cleaned casing and measured

4. Reassembled
