We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a full rebuild project for a YANMAR 6HAL2-WDT diesel generator.
This project goes beyond a standard overhaul, involving a complete reconstruction starting from the crankcase, demonstrating our advanced capabilities in diesel engine repair and rebuilding.

✅Background｜Severe Crankcase Damage Due to Connecting Rod Failure

During operation, the generator suffered a connecting rod failure, causing severe internal impact and resulting in a damaged crankcase.
Such failures are typically considered critical and often lead to full unit replacement.

✅Scope of Work｜Complete Rebuild from the Crankcase

To reduce customer costs and restore the unit, we executed a full rebuild, including:

• Complete disassembly and damage assessment

• Replacement and alignment of the crankcase

• Reassembly of crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons

• Inspection and servicing of fuel and lubrication systems

• Installation and inspection of turbocharger and intercooler systems

• Final assembly, testing, and commissioning
