Cooperation with Evergreen  B-type vessel(total of 17 vessels) for turbocharger  overhaul maintenance . Each unit will be provided with a maintenance report, including the following procedures:

1. Measurement and recording of clearance dimensions before disassembly (per Mitsubishi Met factory specifications).

2. Inspection and cleaning of exhaust inlet casing.

3. Disassembly and cleaning inspection of air inlet casing.

4. Cleaning of bearing shell oil passages and measurement recording of bearing hole dimensions.

5. Removal and sandblasting cleaning inspection of nozzle ring, including surface area measurement.

6. Sandblasting cleaning inspection of rotor shaft blades, detection of centering and measurement of shaft neck dimensions, with recording.

7. Cleaning and inspection of impeller.

8. Dynamic balancing test and correction of rotor.

9. Inspection record of repair kit components for turbocharger and replacement.

10. Assembly completion of turbocharger and recording of finished clearance measurements.

11. Exterior cleaning of turbocharger casing after completion, followed by repair painting with high-temperature paint at areas where paint has peeled off.
